Frequently asked questions.

What information can be migrated into Aspire?

The clinic data that can be migrated varies based on your current system. Typically, patient demographic details and appointment information can be transferred without issue. Our team works with you to assess your existing data and support a smooth migration.

How will I learn to use Aspire?

When you decide to move forward with Aspire, you will be paired with a dedicated System Adoption Specialist. These sessions are personalized to your clinic and focus only on the features and workflows relevant to your team. In addition to system training, your specialist will support change management by helping your staff transition smoothly, addressing workflow adjustments, adoption challenges, and best practices to ensure long-term success with Aspire.

What resources will I have access to after my initial training period?

After completing your training with a System Adoption Specialist, you’ll have ongoing access to written and recorded resources covering key features and workflows in Aspire. If you need additional help, our support team is always available to provide fast, responsive support through Aspire’s self-serve portal.

Do I need to be a member of the OCA to use Aspire?

No, you do not need to be a member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association to use Aspire. However, if you are a member of the OCA, you have access to preferred pricing for Aspire plans. Conversely, Aspire users can also inquire about OCA membership discounts.
