- Is the contract long term or month-to-month?
- We have two billing modes, month to month and annual which gives you the choice of having a month-to-month or an annual contract.
- Can we pay annually?
- Yes, you can pay annually and save 8% to 10% on your subscription.
- Can I get a refund when I cancel?
- Yes, we will refund the amount on prorated basis in case of annual subscription cancellation.
- Can I purchase additional user licenses later?
- Yes, you can add users and licenses in your account anytime.
- How do I become an OCA member?
- Please send us an email at oca@chiropractic.on.ca to learn more about becoming a member.
- Is there a setup fee for new subscriptions?
- No, we charge no fee for migration or setting up a new account.
- Are there any hidden costs or extra charges?
- No hidden or extra charges apart from the subscription fee and add-ons you choose in your plan.
- Is customer support included in all plans?
- Dedicated virtual support is included in all plans.
- Do you offer discounts for part time users?
- Yes, additional user licenses can be purchased at 50% discount for staff who works 20 hours or less per week.
